Delivery area

Orders are currently delivered within the UAE to the service areas shown at checkout. We may contact you when an address requires a delivery adjustment.

Charges

The final shipping fee, including any free-delivery threshold, is shown before payment.

Timing

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and begin after payment and stock confirmation. Freshly prepared coffee may require additional preparation time.

Receiving an order

Please provide a reachable UAE phone number and accurate address. Report a missing, damaged or incorrect delivery promptly with the order reference.
